Overview

Geeetech A20T 3D printer is a bright example of a quality device with sturdy construction. It performs with high accuracy and precision to bring you the best printing experience. This printer is capable of combining three colours in one print, which broadens the horizons of creativity and sets a high bar for 3D models. Geeetech A20T has a printing size of 250-250-250mm, so it will be most helpful for individual use, for printing household items, miniatures, all sorts of models from dental to architectural. This device will fit into any learning environment, from junior-highs to universities. It supports a range of filaments like PLA, ABS, PVA, HIPS, etc. It is adjusted to fit multiple operating systems, such as Windows, Linux and Mac, and has the option to work offline, using either a USB port or a card slot. The extruder and the nozzle are built to dissipate the heat properly and have all-round ventilation in order to avoid leaks and keep the extruder safe from overheating.

Structure stability

The V-shaped rails and wheels on each axis, made from high-resistant, durable aluminum profile adds stability to the structure and greatly reduce the printing noise. The automatic leveling of the heatbed contributes to the stability of the structure and the printing quality

Extruder Structure

The extruder motor of A20M uses a gear train of 3:1 speed ratio, which amplifies the input force for better printing quality and experience. It also has a modernized design for extruder wiring, making it easy to exchange the wire. The extruder features a 360° air ventilation design to guarantee excellent printing quality.

High Precision

The printing process is made smoother and more stable, achieving higher precision of 0.1mm. A20M allows for color mixing with 2 filament racks

Operation Method

Open Source control board and ability to connect to wifi makes the operation of this 3D printer just a joy. Plus, you can download the app and your 3D printer gets a remote control. With self-developed EasyPrint 3D Software allows you to upgrade your firmware and new updates are just a click away

Heatbed

The adhesion is greatly enhanced by the silicon carbide glass used as a printing platform, making it easy to pick up the printed objects

I'm glad I chose this printer. It provides solid prints and the support network is amazing. I found Repetier and Cura very user friendly as well, which made everything easier. There's a whole lot of settings to help you get better results

Assembly took a roughly an hour and soon after, I was ready to print. I intend to buy a second unit.

This is a fantastic out-of-the-box printer that’s very easy to assemble. I had mine up and running in a few minutes. And i love its performance.

I have 3 printers already, and by far this one is the most quiet of all. It was a piece of cake to assemble and also it's really stable and solid. You can even attach a LED strip to light up the heatbed if you want

I am new to 3D printing, so I wasn't sure how to tweak the printer to get better results. But this printer definitely didn't disappoint. After long research and trial and errors I was able to tighten belts, make temperature adjustments and handle clogged nozzles

Considering the price, the printer surpassed my expectations. Configuring everything to 2 hours because the instructions were not crystal clear. I had to get someone to help me with the assembly. That done, I leveled the bed. I’m amazed that it prints just like those high-end machines that cost thousands of dollars. I don’t know how long it will last and I don’t care. Given the price, one year of service is enough. I love it.

The results were impressive. I plan to use it every day.

The printer is such a workhorse. Customer care was on point!

I got the Geeetech A20T as a Christmas present from my parents this year and I couldn't be happier. As a first time 3D printer owner I had a lot to learn and try first hand. The customer support was very reliable and they helped me through my learning process.

This is my first 3D printer that I bought for recommendations from friends. Although I’ve had some issues with it, most are as a result of my inexperience. But overall i am pleased with my purchase.

For the record I have to say that my first 3D printer was the Anet A8. Naturally, being a budget printer it had a lot of downsides, but once I got the Geeetech A20T, I realized, that although it's roughly in the same price category, the Geeetech would have given me the opportunity for more upgrades and for less money.

ARCHER GRIFFITHVerified Buyer2020/8/10

The package was nice and although the box looked beaten up, everything was intact.

Geeetech A20T and the Creality Ender 3 are somewhat similar, but I prefer the A20T to be honest. It has a glass heatbed, replaceable stepper drivers and tube fittings are great. It has a touch screen and it took me like 15 min to set it up and running.

K

KAI L.Verified Buyer2020/8/7

I would vouch highly for this printer, especially to beginners. It’s good value for money.

O

I am still configuring the printer but I am pleased so far.

I haven't realized this before, but Geeetech has such a large community. And most importantly, they are willing to help with advice and recommendations. I went on their facebook group to try and get advice on which model to choose and even ended up with a list of guys I should contact if I have a specific issue while printing. The level of involvement is amazing. Definitely recommend the brand.

This was my first 3D printer. Assembling it was a breeze since I am a mechanic, but I followed instructions to the later. Prints are reallly good. i'd recommend it.

I bought it three weeks ago and since then, I’ve been printing constantly. It’s a true workhorse.

The printer was easy to assemble and configure. I am new to 3D printing, but not to electronics, computers, and computer aided design. And i can say this is really a good printer.

I got this printer a short while ago and love it already. First of all, it was very easy to assemble, which is always an important point for me personally. It comes with a bunch of stuff to help you get going, such as all necessary cables, SD card with sample file on it, etc. It ran great on the first trial and hasn't disappointed since. If you do run into any trouble though, treat it like an Ender 3 problem, because a lot of the parts are similar. It's a lot cheaper than the Ender though and the customer support behind it is much better.

K

KIT DELGADOVerified Buyer2020/7/13

The printer worked just as I expected. My previous printer gave me a terrible experience. However, this one works as promised. I find it very simple.

J

Jonathan W.Verified Buyer2020/7/8

The Ender 3 has the same price as the Geeetech A20T, plus the auto leveling and the TMC2208s. And Geeetech has actually offered a discount to me if I review their product on my platform. This was a device I was interested in anyways, so I took the offer. So far so good. Works great and I have the possibility to print abrasive materials, which is tricky in the color-mixing nozzle of the other printer I own.

L

Leah G.Verified Buyer2020/7/8

This printer is thoroughly thought out and genuinely user-friendly. I would highly recommend it to beginners and kids as well. It will definitely become my main printer for parts and I will have Geeetech in mind for my future printing needs. This was by far the easiest printer to assemble, as it came modularized and didn't require much work to put together. It has open source available, which I haven't gotten around to yet

J

Josh H.Verified Buyer2020/7/1

The first thing I did was the dog print. after completing this test on the A20T, I had some filament leftover, which was nice, and after making sure the printer actually works, I immediately got the auto leveling tool. I also got the newer Marlin with new features. The Ender 3 and the Geeetech A20T are often compared, because they do have a lot of parts in common, but this Geeetech was surely tested before hitting the market, unlike the Ender3, which tends to be a bit more unstable quality-wise.

J

JADEN PADILLAVerified Buyer2020/6/23

It’s a fantastic printer given its price. I feel embarrassed when I think about what I spent on my previous model, which barely printed. I am always printing and printing some more. I’d definitely vouch for this printer.

It’s a great printer for people new to 3D printing. The prints are good quality and printer works just fine. i am pleased.

C

This A20T printer was unbelievably easy to put together. All the wires are labeled, so it took only about half an hour to bolt the whole thing together, level the heatbed and it was ready to print!

C

COOPER R.Verified Buyer2020/6/6

I love this printer so far. If you remember the above points to take your time, you’re bound for success. Patience is key!

N

I've used this device for a while now, so finally ready for a review. The assembly was a piece of cake. Literally. It took me like 15 min to screw the whole construction together. It was ready to go out of the box, so after trying the sample dog print, I went on to some crazy models, which all turned out great. Both slicers I've tried (the easy print 3D, which was on it and Cura) worked just fine and I haven't noticed much difference
